    Fast and Accurate Diagnostics
    Upon arrival at J.C.JAY Computer, your Mac will go through a complete diagnostic performed by one of our technicians. Once your diagnostic is complete, a service advisor will contact you with the results of the diagnostic along with options on getting your Mac repaired.
    Flexible Options
    Some issues may only be cosmetic and not vital to the proper function of your Mac. You decide which repairs to approve. No work is performed until you approve the repair.
    Complete diagnostic is free with any service or with any approved repair.
     
    Screen Repair
    Replace a cracked or damaged LCD screen with a brand new LCD. These LCDs are the same model that Apple uses.
    Fast and Easy Service
    LCD replacements are usually completed within 5 days your Mac arrives at J.C.JAY Computer. 
    Quality Screens
    J.C.JAY Computer uses only new screens. All LCD screens carry a 1 year warranty against defects.
    Every Pixel Counts
    We believe your new screen should be perfect, that's why J.C.JAY Computer has the best pixel policy in the industry. If any pixels fail within the screen's warranty, J.C.JAY Computer will replace the screen.
     
    Mac Hard Drives
    Store more music, photos, videos and files with a new hard drive upgrade. If your current hard drive is slow or clicking, a new hard drive upgrade can restore functionality to your laptop. All J.C.JAY Computer hard drives are new and carry full manufacturer's warranties.
    *Includes installation of the new drive and transfer of your data.
    If your current drive is failing, a new operating system is installed. Data recovery options are available.
    Your old hard drive is returned to you.
    Data Ready
    After installation of your new hard drive, your data is cloned for seamless integration of all of your files and applications. If your old hard drive has failed, a new operating system is installed. J.C.JAY Computer can attempt data recovery on a failed drive to retrieve important files. 
    Faster Performance
    Increase overall machine speed with a new 7200rpm hard drive. These drives offer the fastest access to your files and will increase overall machine speed with little impact on battery life. 7200rpm drives are recommended for use with video and pro apps. 
    Quality Drives
    J.C.JAY Computer installs only brand new drives from the best manufacturers. All hard drives carry 1 to 5 year manufacturer warranties.
     
    Casing
    The exterior casings on your PowerBook can be replaced with new casings. New parts and professional installation bring looks and functionality back to your Mac.
